When the fuel cell (FC) is being activated before used in industrial applications, a power conditioner needed to interface FC with load. Due low current ripples, high output power, and simple structure, multi-phase interleaved non-isolated DC-DC converter most suitable for conditioner. This paper proposed, analyzed designed four-phase buck-boost changed load connection (CLC-FIBC) activation characteristics as wide input current, ripples. The operating principle mathematical model of CLC-FIBC were firstly analyzed, derived presented, then equations transistor voltage stress inductor ripple are respectively.
